You can contact the Navy College Virtual Education Center (NCVEC) between the hours of 0700 – 1900 Eastern Time, Monday-Thursday, 0700-1200 Eastern Time on Fridays (closed on Federal holidays).

• Log in to MyNavy Education, and submit an inquiry through the Issue Tracker feature in the top right corner of your record.
• Send a text to 877-838-1659 to chat with a Counselor.
• Use the Navy College Assistance Center to submit a Help Request, schedule a Skype Counseling appointment or Chat with a Navy College Education Counselor.
• If you are stationed OCONUS, you can continue to contact your local Navy College Office (NCO) by calling their DSN numbers. Use the Find Open Offices page to locate your NCO contact information.
If You Are a Civilian User/Academic Institution
