PSD Little Creek was closed in May 2019 and their work redistributed to
several locations. Pay and personnel actions (known as pay maintenance)
other than separations and reenlistments (S & R) are handled by Transaction
Service Center Norfolk (formerly PSD Norfolk), S & R work is handled by the
TSC Memphis S & R branch, and travel claims are handled by the TSC Memphis
TPD (Travel Processing Department) branch. The means to reach these
locations is by utilizing the My Navy Career Center (MNCC) Call Center.

Please utilize the My Navy Career Center Call Center (MNCC) for future
inquiries rather than emailing an individual or individuals. The US Navy
established the MNCC Call Center in 2018 to resolve customer concerns over
pay and personnel matters; questions that cannot be answered by call center
agents (Tier 1) will result in a ticket being opened and forwarded to a Tier
2 SME for resolution. Emails and phone calls directly to PSD/TSC/TPD staff
cannot be tracked to ensure that an answer has been provided. In order to
best serve our client commands, please ensure that any inquiries regarding
travel claims, pay, or personnel actions are directed to the MNCC Call
Center at toll-free (833) 330-MNCC, commercial (901) 874-MNCC, DSN 882-6622
or email askMNCC@navy.mil. This will ensure better response to and
oversight for your inquiries rather than directing them to an individual (or
individuals) via email. Be advised that the Officer in Charge/Director of
every PSD/TSC receives a daily summary of any MNCC Call Center inquiry that
has gone more than six days without a response.
